1. General Information
This policy applies to all services offered by BoostBias (“the Agency”), including web design, development, digital marketing, branding, and custom services. By contracting any of our services, you accept the terms established in this document.
Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfers
- Currency: US Dollars (USD)
- Jurisdiction: State of Florida, USA
- Processing Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances
2. Payment Structure by Service Type

3. Refund Policy – One-Time Projects and Web Plans
Full Refund (100%)
Condition: Within the first 48 hours after initial payment.
- Full amount refunded minus payment processing fees
- Alternative: Client may opt to maintain credit for future services
Partial Refund
Condition: After 48 hours but before delivery of first design or draft.
- The following will be deducted from the refund:
- Payment processing fees
- Third-party costs already incurred (domains, hosting, licenses, premium templates)
- 20% of total value as administrative fee
No Refund
Condition: Once the first design, mock-up, or functional draft is delivered.
- First deliverable is considered official when shared via email, Figma, staging, or demo
- Client maintains right to revisions included in their contracted plan
4. Cancellation Policy – Recurring Services
Cancellation Process
- When: At any time from your client panel or by email
- Effect: Stops future automatic renewals
- Paid period: Already paid month is not refunded
- Deliverables: Client retains all materials created to date
Continuity Guarantee
If you cancel, you will maintain complete access to all digital assets created during the service period.
5. Custom Projects (50/50 Model)
First Phase (50% initial)
- Required payment: 50% of total value before starting any work
- Before first draft: Partial refund rules from Section 3 apply
- After first draft: Initial 50% is non-refundable under any circumstances
Second Phase (50% final)
- Required payment: Remaining 50% upon completing and delivering the project
- Client decision: May opt not to continue without obligation to pay remaining balance
- Final delivery: Final files and complete rights are transferred only after payment of final 50%
6. Corporate Credit Option
As an alternative to monetary refund, we offer corporate credit equivalent to the refundable amount:
- Validity: 12 months from date of issue
- Use: Applicable to any BoostBias service
- Service flexibility: Client can acquire a different service from the originally contracted one
- Cost adjustment: If the new service has a different cost:
- Lower cost: Client retains remaining balance as credit
- Higher cost: Client pays only the difference
- Transferable: Only within the same company/organization
- No interest: No additional storage charges
7. Refund Request Procedure
Step 1: Request Submission
Send an email to support@boostbias.com including:
- Full name and/or business name
- Invoice number or transaction ID
- Payment method used
- Detailed reason for request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
Step 2: Confirmation and Analysis
- Confirmation: Maximum 2 business days
- Analysis: Maximum 5 business days
- Communication: Email notification of result
Step 3: Processing
- Approved refunds: 7-10 business days
- Method: Same original payment channel
- Confirmation: Processing receipt via email
8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
In cases of inability to fulfill due to external causes (massive technical failures, loss of access to critical platforms, etc.), BoostBias will offer:
- Complete refund of undelivered service, or
- Corporate credit with additional 6 months validity
Client Non-Compliance
Information Delivery Deadlines:
- Initial deadline: Client has 48 hours to deliver requested information, materials, or access
- Delay consequences:
- Each day of delay proportionally extends the project delivery date
- Delivery deadlines are automatically adjusted according to client delay days
- Project marked as incomplete: If client does not respond or deliver required information after 10 business days, the project is considered incomplete
- Refund for non-compliance: In cases of incomplete project due to lack of client information, a partial refund will be processed deducting:
- Payment processing fees
- Third-party costs already incurred
- 30% of total value as compensation for time invested and administrative management
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
Required Process
Before initiating any bank dispute or chargeback, the client must:
- Exhaust the internal refund procedure
- Wait for official resolution from BoostBias
- Document all prior communication
Consequences of Unjustified Chargebacks
BoostBias reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend all active services
- Retain deliverables until conflict resolution
- Claim administrative and legal expenses
- Proceed legally according to Florida jurisdiction
10. Non-Refundable Costs
The following concepts are never refundable:
- PayPal/Stripe processing fees
- Domains registered specifically for the client
- Hosting and third-party services activated
- Software licenses, premium templates, or plugins
- Subscriptions to specialized tools
- Work hours already invested by the team
11. Rights Transfer and Intellectual Property
Complete Transfer
Rights to designs, content, and developments are transferred to the client only when:
- Total payment for the service has been completed
- All agreed components have been delivered
- No pending disputes exist
Portfolio Rights
BoostBias reserves the perpetual right to display completed work in its commercial portfolio, except in cases of specific written confidentiality agreement.

13. Policy Modifications
BoostBias reserves the right to modify this policy with 30 days prior notice to all active clients. Modifications will not affect already signed contracts.
